Just hit a few of you with the magic wand... seems to be an issue with new subscriptions and I enabled you guys who have paid until we figure it out. PM me your info if you have paid and the system didn't upgrade you.

 

I made an auto payment on the 10th (trans ID 5AK36571XK613890X) and then got my sub got canceled. Whats the deal?

Everyone is going to get a cancellation email. Rick cancelled all automatic renews. Your supporter status will still be good until you would have automatically renewed. When that time comes you will have to re-sign up as a supporter.

Hmmmm......to renew or not to renew. That is the question.

 

I got the cancellation email for the old subscription and my access was immediately that of a non-subscriber. I then renewed on the 6month cycle with Internet Brands. Today I log in and appear to have scrub access again - PM limit is set to 25, etc. Can you fix me? Thanks. Note I cannot respond to a PM, nor send new ones, as my box is currently artificially full.

My user cp shows that I'm set to expire on 5/23/12, so I re-subscribed, but the date isn't changing.
