Good luck Rick.
I will continue to support MT because MT is a valuable resource that I depend on for information and you cawksmokers make life interesting. I would be seriously pissed if a bunch of you nancys bailed out. When I first got here they were still talking about how bad Philip was and this place seemed a fair bit smaller. Rick was careful about who he went with and I understand that he didn't want to but needed to. Just hang on and see how it works out.
I'm stayin' 'cause this is home.

Hopefully the community will survive. I mean, where else am I going to go to have the potential to both a) learn something useful about my car or some random electronic subject and b) read the rant posts of a bunch of repressed latent homosexuals (who couldn't quite repress their choice of car) ?

I weighed 190 ... maybe a year and a half ago. now 175. scott is more like 178.
I am desperately trying to keep this as a minimum, though I may dip below it in "no refined carb April".
on a totally unrelated note, is there a way to replace sandwich bread with straight protein in a soft, loaf-like shape?

Not straight protein but about as good as bread gets:
I think 4g protien, 3g (15% RDA) fiber a slice. About as good as bread gets.
You could also make a seitan loaf. This is made from what glueten. Pure protien, and if made in the right manner, it's pretty darn soft.
