Default Fab9Tuning launches new re-designed website!

Why the new website?
Well were in a bit of a pickle with the old platform - when we initially launched Fab9Tuning.com we had no idea the growth we'd see in such a short period of time. What we thought would be a simple website with 200-300 products turned into a high traffic eCommerce market place offering over 1000 products to the roadster enthusiasts around the globe. This overwhelmed the previous platform and left our customers frustrated with slow load times or even completely crashing the site.

Anything new to look forward to?
Let's start with BLOG. We will be updating the blog section of the site regularly - Not that excited yet? How about some new products or features? Now that we've had some time with the old platform to collect some analytics we will be removing products that cluttered things up and adding products that fit the successful theme seen in past sales history reports. We are also working a LIVE chat platform to help you on the spot with product questions.

Thanks for sticking with us!
It's early adopters like yourself that helped put Fab9Tuning.com on the map, hopefully these innovative steps we take will keep you coming back!

I get a bad security certificate error when I try to use that https link, is it just me?

www.Fab9tuning.com seems to work OK though.

Love live chat. Can't give enough props for that one. I shop for parts at work 99% of the time and can't talk on the phone.

This is of course, AWESOME!!

Good job

New site is much more down to business, I kept getting a bunch of load errors on all the animated little things with the old one.

Thank you! I can't say we will have someone there all the time but we're looking to implement something that forwards to my cell phone when someone is unavailable during normal business hours. Chat feature should be up in the next few days.

Love the new site! So much quicker than the old one and the new layout is awesome. I know you were working on this thing like crazy the past few weeks, it definitely paid off!

But now that it's up you gotta put that engine that's on the main page in your car finally!

Just a bit of a service announcement - we're still adding even the most basic parts to the site while trying to keep up with the day-to-day flow of things around here.

PLEASE if there are items you're looking and don't see them on the site - PM us, email us, call and leave a message. We WILL accommodate if it's something we have access to.

I used the 'contact us' part of the site about a week or so ago. Never got a response. Just so you know...

Hey Brian, my apologies, I know for a fact it works now - at first the messages weren't going to a real email address. Replied to a handful of them this morning. I'll send you a PM now!
