Is it a thing now to use the "Notes" field to write silly things? You guys are killing me...
Recent "Notes" I've found on our web orders.

- Please draw an Octopus on the package
- We built this city on Rock and Roll.
- I ate the purple berries, they taste like burning.
- Thanks for your help Bryan. You make my insides feel good.

There is currently a 2-3+ week delay on these. Let me know if that's a problem. We've shipped over 130 kits in the last three months and are working diligently to keep up with the flow of orders. As I'm grateful for the orders we've received, I do wish I had better news about our turn-around time.
Thank you for your business

I jumped!
But after ten days you still haven't shipped my stuff nor will you answer me about WHEN you WILL ship it. What is up with that?
There is a big event next weekend and you promised I would have my brakes before it started on Thursday and you can't even answer me as to when you will have my stuff to ship...... While I really appreciate the discount, I would have paid full price from Emilio to get it on time (even though he has dropped the ball on me in the past....).

Hi Chris,
I made you aware of the inventory mishap the next day and gave you all of the options I had. You wanted blank rotors and I had a drilled kit in stock.
I told you I'd pay for half of what it would cost to upgrade because of the mistake. Then discussed drop shipping options and we decided to wait for an ETA from the manufacturer. Being at the mercy of a manufacturer ETA is a bad spot for any vendor but I wouldn't say you've been treated unfairly.
I understand your frustration and if there were better options believe me I wouldn't hold out on you! As discussed in our email earlier tonight I'll eat part of the cost on upgrading you and we will get something in the mail. I'm happy to have found a reasonable solution, unfortunately it wasn't more timely. I take customer service very seriously, even if it costs me.
Cheers,
Bryan
