IAT sensors like this one for use with MS on a turbo car have to be welded into the intake at some point. If I am using FM's kit which has silicon tubing, where and I supposed to get this thing welded in?
Or maybe does one exist that people use with the FM kit that doesn't require welding? https://www.enjukuracing.com/product...BoCR48QAvD_BwE
If you have an aftermarket aluminium intercooler, you can tap the coldside tank and tap it for the sensor.
Apparently you only need 2-3 threads in the tank wall to secure it - I got a bung welded in my Fab9 350hp intercooler though since I'm paranoid. IAT barb added to coldside tank of Fab9 350hp intercooler
