Default Vacuum Leak at fuel injectors. 1.8 NB Head, NA Manifold, NA 315cc injectors

Hey guys. I've got a vacuum leak at my fuel injectors at the isolator where the injector goes into the head. I've had this leak before. I replaced all the isolators and it went away for awhile, but now it's back.

I'm running a 1.8. NB BP4W Head, 1.8 NA Manifold with 1.8 NA Fuel Rail. Aftermarket 315cc injectors.

Do I have to use a special isolator for different injectors or the BP4W head?

You are running an NA intake manifold on a NB head?

That won't work. Bolts line up but the ports aren't even close. That is your problem.
