I just bought this car here is all i know about its specs
1.8 Tuned on 13 pounds, 93 octane using MS2. BOV, External WG, RX8 Yellow injectors, Adjustable FPR, manual boost controller, motor mounts, cobalt coolant reroute, fuel pump, NGK plugs & wires. Lowered on coilovers. Harddog rollbar, AEM wideband, boost gauge.
The issue is when i go to turn the car back on after recently turning it off it will fire up then quickly dips and stalls runs perfectly fine when driving around and idles good when stopped it only gives me the problem on start up and only after it was turned off recently within a couple hours

This is typically called "hot restart", or I guess "warm restart" if it's been sitting a couple hours. The typical fix is adding post start enrichment, although you also want to increase the taper, and change it from counting in cycles to .1 seconds, which I think you can still do on the MS2 (vs MS3).
Best bet when you have a problem, is to connect to the ECU with your laptop, press "ctrl-L", then enter. This will start a log and save it as a the current date/time stamp. Once you've logged whatever particular issue you're having, press "ctrl-K" to stop the log. Attach it here along with your current tune. For that, press file-save as, and name it something like Rhino9 or similar. Please don't save it as "current tune", because those of us who look at a lot of member's tunes trying to help have a million "current tune" files in our download folder.

Wow, this must be an old *** MS2, looks more like an MS1 than anything else. You're going to need to update the firmware. I say this with a small concern that it'll brick the ECU, but if you get on the latest firmware, it'll be much easier to tune. Your AFR targets are a little lean in boost, spark is sorta all over the place, but could use some tweaking, and if you pop and bang on decel, some child programmed that into your spark table, FYI.
You took a composite log, which looks great! Means your cam and crank sensor are working well, but doesn't give me any other useful info. Follow my instructions, and it should result in a .mlg file.
