Default Passenger side catch can, valve cover modification questions...

Yes. I have read through both crankcase breather threads, deezums catch can thread.. and I'm still confused. I have also talked with three different vendors and each one said something almost completely different.

I do mostly street driving, naturally asperated currently, but I will soon have a c30-94 rotrex, and be doing lots of track days.

I want a trouble free setup that wont dump oil out of the passenger side breather, and will be perfectly functioning at all times.

I am purchasing a catch can from Track Dog Racing... here's a link TDR Oil Catch Can Kit

Should I be getting two catch cans, one for either side of the valve cover? How should they be routed?

Should I remove my valve cover and make modifications? What mods?

Should I purchase a check valve and put it in addition or instead of the PCV valve?

Some combination of the above?
I am dumb, and inexperienced. I just don't know what direction to go in with managing the oil blowby, when there are so many different ways to go.

Thank you for your input.

I don't know why you're doing this when you don't even know if you'll need it.
Why not do a track day and see if you're going to actually need one? It's not like you'll be able to push the car so hard your 1st time out that you'll dump a quart of oil into your intake tract.

I dunno

^well, good point, but since I do burn about a quart of oil every 4000 miles, I'm guessing adding 13psi wont help that. And I'm bored, so I might as well get some planning out of the way.

Get 2 HD racing catch cans.
Get 1 check valve.
Drill out valve cover according to that one thread about drilling out the valve cover.
Profit???

Two of these with breathers. One from the driver side VC. One from the block. Passenger side of the VC plugged.

^^Don't do that on a street car. You want clean air flow under vacuum.
