On the one 1.6 alternator that fit our 1.8 garagestar pulley, we had to take off the front of the alternator case, and grind down the lip.

Default 36-2 trigger wheels are here

Took us a while but we finally got our 36-2 trigger wheels for our damper in. Uses existing MS code, same pattern as FM 36-2. No the wheel will not fit your OEM damper, sorry. Next batch of dampers should be here Monday.

New batch in stock!

No more install tool rental. Going forward we simply recommend a clean, dry, OEM crank bolt be used to pull the damper onto the crank.

Nope there were quality control issues with the manufacturer. 949 is working on a new one, but no ETA what so ever on when it will be out. Buy an ATI damper if you need one right now.

I know these are no longer made due to the qc issues, but am I correct to assume that the ones that were sold were without issue?

Yes, I asked Emilio about that specifically. Any dampers sold were fine. No bad ones were even sold.
