Your VE table looks awful and AFR targets are too lean at 200kpa. If it wasn't for your K1 rods I suspect you'd have a few holes in the side of your block.
Uploading my ME221 VE & Ignition table for reference. Stock 1.8 VVT. EFR 6258 @ 11-12psi peak torque rising to 13psi at redline. Doesn't knock. Hasn't blown up. 3000+ 'hard' street miles so far.

For ***** and giggles, and because I secretly like data entry, I made a comparison chart for you @Italianmk1 . Columns are the delta between you RPMs, rows are the delta between your map. You can see with both you're within a few hundred RPM, less than a dozen kpa. I only entered the first decimal place for OP's table.
Negative numbers mean you're more advanced than @allofit , positive numbers means he's more advanced. The gaps are where your columns or rows didn't really line up well. allofit is sort of "wasting" his 300rpm column (maybe that's for cranking?), but italianmk1 has a useless 8000, 8500, and 9000 column. I already think 7500 is useless btw, since 7000 numbers are realistically fine for anything above, unless you want to begin tapering off ignition or adding fuel as a sort of pre-limiter.

Damage looks familiar.
I had 1 piston fail once, other 3 were all fine with no damage.
it had similar damage but not as bad. It looked like the ring caught, cracked piston in half then excessive gasses escaping through said crack melted the surfaces around it.
Can incorrectly installed rings / upside down rings cause that?

I'm amazed this stays alive at this boost level given all the horror stories I've read. I run less a lot less based on calcs of my NA power Vs boost and other's reports. Your virtual dyno figures almost look low for the boost level and tune you're running. I like it.
Going to get mine on the dyno to see where it actually is.
