Max boost on 93?
Well my car is getting tuned on 93 at AMS Performance on the 18th, I decided to get the E85 tune next year due to the stations around here switching to E70 for winter, and me being too lazy to put in my lines, new pump and injectors. I am just curious how much boost I can get away with on my 1.6 to still be safe. I know Evo/Honda guys get away with 30+ on pump due to their heads flowing so well. MODS BELOW:
Built Short Block: Weiscos/Carrillo H-Beams/APR etc.
Head: Ported & Polished, Supertech springs/ti retainers, Kelford 272/272
Flipside Custom Intake manifold w/70MM Mustang TB
Turbo: 5857 PTE Billet Ceramic BB non-water cooled
Intercooler: ETS 3.5" thick core 12" tall, big *** end tanks, not sure of width 3" cold side piping, 2.5" hotside
AEM EMS
Do you think 20 psi on 93 is too out of the question? On E85 I wanted to push 30+ psi.

I run mine on 93. Haven't had a hiccup yet. I'm still running a fairly conservative timing map, though. 15 degrees total in my upper kpa, upper ve area. Still a different setup. Might not be the same story on yours.
