interesting, what engine is that from?
I've just removed the inlet manifold from my '91 B6 / 1.6 and noticed bad casting in the inlet port (number 3 cylinder) but the engine ran fine as well as pulling well

its partly blocked by a thin section of metal, guessing from mold section joins?
