I am thinking of upgrading the decapped WRX injectors (supposedly flows around 800) to ID1000 on 99 miata engine going into a 97 miata.
Do I need a High Flow fuel rail or a DIY dual feed rail to run the ID1000?
I will be using the Feulab Adjustable mini FPR.

They're designed to fit the stock rail, but an upgrade isn't a bad idea if you plan to use the capacity they offer.
