Seems to me it would be easier/cheaper to fab up a new mounting bracket for the AC. Hang it up high, over the inlet elbow. Might look like crap, but you should have room.
Edit: I really like that manifold!

Then again, if your compressor housing is 'big' like mine you may not have much room for rotation/translation before you hit the driver's side frame rail. Judging by your pictures it looks like you have some room, at least a lot more than I have. What turbo is that anyway, 2860?

Yeah what if you just cut and rotated the flange on your current manifold? Would that give you enough clearance? Eventually the DP could hit the block. But maybe you could extend your runners a bit in the horizontal plane.

It's a 2871 and as is the outlet is very close to the sub frame. Tim's design above not only puts the turbo at an angle but it's also much farther back.
I'm thinking my best bet would be to buy that S4 mani from Begi and have Wayne make me a better dp then they offer. Then I could sell my current stuff to recoup some money. Unless Wayne has something better up his sleeve.

Jason who? Is that top mount or is it upside down. Would 3" dp work well with that?
