FlowForce LS Coil Fail

FlowForce LS Coil Fail
Sooo I’ve ruled out a lot of things to where I would think my problem is faulty coil packs.
Anyways I have installed a set of flow force LS coils before the install I was getting spark now after, no spark on A & B (pulled and tested). I followed flow force instructions (wiring and in MS) and tested wiring with a multimeter all the way through to the new coils. There was good power and ground all the way though the loom to the coils and each coil would receive signal. Ran test modes in mega squirt and getting spark on plugs A & B. C has no spark at all and D gets a clicking sound coming from the fuse box area. (confused with the clicking, shorting or is that where my wire stops?). any help would be greatly appreciated... lost for words at this point

Are you running batch or sequential ignition? Also, having done LS coils on an NA6 with a MS3, the MS3 pnp pro wiring diagram on their install guide is incorrect as to which wire is the signal for certain cylinders. I had to figure out on my end which trigger was for which coil because of the incorrect diagram.
