Default Effects of E15 Rule Change

I saw an article about changes regarding E15 allowed over summer months. I could not really follow the thought.

Does anyone know what that is about, and how it may affect out tunes that are based on the assumption of roughly E10?

Has winter fuel been E15 already?

at the gas stations around me they have a dedicated e15 gas, but its regular only 87.
then theres e10 87, 89 and 93.

since i run 93, its still only e10 for me.

unless they started making e15 93?

Further looking confirms only lower octane fuels.
