Aeromotive, AEM, Fuelab, Radium, whatever. It's a fuel pressure regulator. Get a name brand one that has the features you want. Count on spending $180-$300.

Get the DW fuel pump hardwire kit also. I melted quite a few stock fuel pump relays before I figured out I needed to get the hardwire kit to support the DW300. Somewhere out there I made a thread about it and ended up posting an idiot-proof install diagram, you should be able to search and find it. The pump has been awesome for me after my Walbro 255 couldn't keep up, but I definitely wouldn't consider just dropping it in with stock wiring again.

Saved the OP a search. I just happen to be doing the same thing myself this evening. https://www.miataturbo.net/general-m...p-relay-95629/

Thanks for the info, I would have learned the hard way otherwise. Here's the amazon link, which hopefully won't change. Any particular reason why the relay might fail? Drawing more current than the relay was designed for?

Pic shows a 30 amp continuous relay with a 30 amp fuse. Tech sheet for that pump says 12 amp draw at 40psi. Should be fine.

Some people don't like the spade style connectors on those relays, but many oems use the same style.

Here is how I wired my Deatschwerks fuel pump relay. This eliminates the factory relay and allows the ECU to still control the fuel pump though. Wiring colors are from a 95 model.

As an update. Fuel system is all complete per a month ago, that wiring diagram helped a lot thanks again. I used the China FPR with a genuine Aeromotive gasket, no leaks so far. The china fittings are garbage, if anyone plans on using them don't.
