We have all the connectors for the various coils, subharnesses, etc. I just couldn't discern from your description what you wanted.

Now it has the 4 way ignition subharness main connector (both sides of the connection) as well as the 6 way ignition subharness main connector (both sides of the connection). Let me know if this resolves your question.
The later cars do have an interconnect there and it is useful for maintenance, etc.

No, I wish I did. Did you check Ballenger?
I just unbent mine, put in new wires, shoved them back in the connector.
That said, the new wire was so big it barely fit in the connector. Before I used big wire and a fresh power to tank the pump wasn't up to the job... If I had it to do over again I would not have reused factory connector - find something made for the task.

Added the 2 way alternate IAC used on some early Miatas, Mazda Protege, and some other Mazdas. Not sure on the year range but it is up there now as the alternate IAC. The mating plug will be a little rounder, wider and the keyways slightly different for this alternate version.

Never made. If someone cam to us with a volume application, we could make it. However, if you want to mate up we have a solution. You de-pin the housing shown and repin it in CONN-100640 (4 way housing that accepts the same terminals and seals). Then you get the mate kit as CONN-75815 or as the pigtail CONN-85815 to plug into CONN-100640 and you then go to whatever it is you are doing. This minimizes the work.
Most people are doing this as coil adapters and you could to the other end of CONN-85815 with the coil connectors we stock or we can put it together for you if you provide the pinout and which coil you are adapting to.
This is one of those applications we need to make a guide for and flush out but haven't gotten to.

In other news, I am bringing in some ECU connectors today for NA & NB applications. We are hearing about a LOT of wiring issues with the older harnesses, especially among the track only crowd. It looks like we will have harnesses for at least the spec miata crowd in 2016. Those guys are suffering with wiring issues based on our feedback.

We've had a few similar requests, it is a common want within our small community. The repinning option is a lot simpler than crimping but is certainly not PNP. I can do prototypes of the connector but they will be expensive and the spring elements crack prone. Either that or we make them and use an epoxy seating & sealing method. Either of those solutions is a lot of work with little return but enthusiasts love to spend time that way (including myself ...sometimes) .
Well I would be interested in about 10 of them pending price, so if anybody else wanted in then maybe this could be a viable option. IDK what kind of numbers you need for this though. What is the "epoxy seating and sealing method"?

We design and rapid prototype the part. Instead of a sealed containment zone that has a spring latch and a circular bore for the terminal and seal respectively like a normal housing, we use the epoxy method. That method is to make a terminal containment system that allows us to pour in circuit board style epoxy in the back to hold and seal the terminals.
The entire proposition is EXTREMELY energy / cost negative compared to repinning the housings. Or to put this another way, a lot of someones time will go into this method in design and manufacturing resulting in a very high cost / part for a commercial entity. A proper injection molded housing would be ~$10k for a run for 1,000 pieces. We do this in markets that are not cost sensitive. The Miata market is cost hyper-super-crazy-everythingcoststoomuch-sensitive.
Hence why, despite demand from numerous small volume parties, no proper solution yet exists.

Is that a coil plug or cas plug? I can't tell from the picture. If it is a coil plug you can cut the male connector off an old bad coil pack and then cut it to work. It is not the prettiest, but is doable to make PNP.

The one I am showing is a CAS plug from a mazda millenia S. The one I am dealing with is the injector plug from a Mazda KL V6 which is the same as this one.
I actually already started to do this exact thing since its my only option. Cutting it without damaging the metal pins encased in the plastic is a little difficult with a hacksaw or power tools, so I am using my utility knife with a fresh razor blade, heating it with a propane torch and easily going through the plastic without hurting the pins. Sounds ugly but once its all carefully trimmed up it should work well.
