Xede always lean under boost

Xede always lean under boost
I have an mp62 with the 62.5mm pulley pushing about 9-10psi. I have RX8 flow matched injectors and a Walbro 190lph. No matter what I do with the MAF table it seems that I cannot get fuel added above 7psi. It goes from a good 12.2 to 14.5.
I'm using .945 for the MAF scaling and have used values anywhere from -7 to positive 29 and it still reads lean on my UEGO.
Any ideas?
Side note: My idle, set anywhere from 0 - 5 degrees advance with fuel from
-5 to +5 I see AFRs jumping everywhere from 11 to 18. I noticed with my ODBII scanner that my timing was at 2,5,7,14,3,5... at idle even though xmap shows constant.
I recently replaced my CAS and i'm seeing the exact same activity. I've tried different coils, wires, and plugs as well.

Have you tried the XEDE files I uploaded a while back?

Try this fuel map and see if your AFR is more manageable.
Edit: about the jumpy idle, I had a similar issue for a while. You need to make sure that you drive the car for a while on a specific map for the trims to level out. After a day or two my idle smoothed out to around ~14-15 AFR and my boost AFR stayed ~12-11.5 AFR
