Wiring harness for EBC, VICS and Seq. Inj.
Car is a 1993 1.6 chassis with a modified 1990 Canadian harness(no airbags, deleted A/C wiring and AFM wiring moved over to passenger side). Car has an AEM EMS, MSM engine and turbo set up.
Dash is out of the car currently so I can still remove the harness and do this cleanly.
I have an AEM map sensor(3 wires) and GM IAT sensor(2 wires) that I am ready to connect to the wires from the AFM wires.
I will have to run 2 new wires(can take wires/connectors from my old 93 harness) for injectors 3 and 4 for sequential injection. Does anyone know or know the best port to put these to?
Same thing. I will have to run 2 wires around to the drivers side of the car for the EBC. I am thinking of using a Volvo Pierberg 3 output valve. I have lots of spare versions of these. What is the best places to put these 2 wires? Where the purge valve was? I think people use a switched on 12V and a switched ground for it.
And last but not least the VICS any ideas on how to wire this up?
Thanks guys

dont run wires for EBC, run it through the AFM harness. (EBC only requires a single ground back the ECU, power can be had in the engine bay on any white/red wire) 2K
run the AIT wires to the AFM connector as well. 2P
run vics through the purge solenoid and use that solenoid to control it or wire to the one of the IM itself. 2X
run the 2 wires for fuel through the hole, behind a rubber grommet, behind the fuse box on the firewall, just into the passenger footwell. run the map sensor wire back to the ECU here too, I dont think you have any other spares you can use back to the ECU for this.
youre making this harder than it needs to be.

Awesome that Helps a lot! I'm trying to keep the engine bay clean and simplify the harness so that's probably why I'm over thinking it.
The purge solenoid wiring I cut the ecu signal short. So I can just connect that back up and extend it. The other wire is the white/red wire and comes right off the fuse box.
I can split from the same wire and use that as the power for the EBC. As below I can use one of the other wires from the AFM as the signal ground.
The AEM MAP uses a 5V power, Signal wire and ground. I believe I should have those 3 from the afm wires
I'll take 2 other wires to use them as injector ones
*Im going to add the AFM pin out below

IAT(2P), AFM(2O), signal gnd, +5V(2K), signal gnd, power ground, and fuel pump.
(IAT) (MAP) (IAT+MAP) (MAP) (EBC) (FP) (FP)
IAT power is pin 1, ground is pin 3
MAP power is pin 4, ECU signal is pin 2, ground is pin 3
EBC signal ground is pin 5 and power will be sourced from white/red coming from fusebox
FP will have pins 6 and 7 jumpered together
Im pretty sure this is right. Im just confused on the signal ground and power ground(someone else had these labeled as this)

I just went though something like this in the DIY turbo section. I'm in the process of making a video on the subject, but there is good information given in the thread as well as a lack of understanding on my part.
