Timing is retarding instead of advancing Im Confused
ok well two weeks ago I removed the engine from the car to install a new oil pump and fix a couple oil leaks. Now the motor is back in the car and it idles like a champ set the timing and I thought everything was good till I took it on the road. When the car hits boost it almost like it cuts out on 2 cylinders and doesnt have any power. When I checked the timing again I realized the timing was retarding instead of advancing like it should. I am so confused!!! I double checked the plug on the CAS and the coil plug. I even checked the emanage ignition map it is working just as it is supposed to. I dont get it the car ran fine before I pulled the motor. Anybody got any suggestions? Here is a list of what the car has done

figured it out
Went into the emanage and zero'd the ign map and then watched the timing light it did retard the timing a little at first and as the rpm's increased the came back to the correct postition also in the process I found the plug in #1 cyl had a crack in the porcelin. The only other thing I tried was reversing the wires on one of the transmission sensors, its the two blue wire sensor not for sure what this is but its. oh well dont know what it was for sure but the plugs makes the most sense runs like a champ now.
