Check your Y Axis on all your tables and get a safe table for boost before you blow up your engine. Its a good thing the car isn't starting because if you get into boost it will never start again with those tables.

Here is the base tune that came on a MS3 Mini for a 1.6. The AFR Target Table, VE Table, and AFR Target table should transfer over if you import the tables and load them into your tune. They are scaled for boost and safe. Set overboost protection to something a few kPA above what your spring is set to just in case, and your car may even start with this VE Table, it gives more fuel in the top left 100kPA cell which is what the car will reference when cranking (in addition to the cranking enrichment curve fuel multiplier).

To be clear, you can't just load that tune on your speeduino. What was suggested was to copy the tables using the export/import function.

Copy the spark table over too so you actually lower spark when the turbo spools up so you don't blow anything up. Can't be running 28 timing at whatever maximum PSI your wastegate is set to

will this help the idling of the car by itself? Or do i need to change other settings for that?

Yeah you need to change other settings for that. The open loop settings on the tune you uploaded look basically untuned, just trying to make sure your tune has positive pressure cells in all the important tables before you get the car idling. Don't want anything to blow up before that. Try the IAC PWM Duty Table that the speeduino basemap has on their site for the car stalling after start, your table basically doesn't open the valve until the car is fully warmed up, which means no air is going thru the IAC before coolant reaches temp. Your table is on the left, their table is on the right. I suspect if your spark table is scaled for boost (use the one I uploaded) then using this IAC Duty table will let the car idle by actually opening the IAC Valve.

You should probably change your temperature used in the MS from Celsius to Fahrenheit so you can directly use the above table, pretty sure that is in the project properties > Settings > Temperature Display (I don't have your .ini file so can't check it) or convert the above table to Celsius before use.

Also consider wiring your wastegate open before you are able to get the car to idle and drive reasonably. No reason to add boost into the equation before its running and idling OK. Set up overboost protection as well so its a PSI or two above whatever your desired boost level is.

Your tune needs a lot of work before it starts and idles OK, not sure why the map you have came with an open loop table that doesn't open the valve at all until coolant hits 177 degrees F. Your Cranking Duty table doesn't even open the valve when cranking above 0 degrees celcius, you are either opening the throttle when cranking or your idle screw is backed way out to let enough air in for the car to start. Use that table instead to open the valve enough for the car to start with no throttle.

Having an issue with my mk1 mx5 1.8 the TPS is showing 100% on tuner studios and when the car starts it will rev to 2500rpm constantly with the slightest press of gas.
However i removed the TPS plug and it will idle around 2000rpm drop down to 1600rpm then will rise again once engine is warm. However the car is overheating now and not staying at a stable temperature.

Could you please look at the logs for reference. New Log5.mlg is the one with TPS disconnected
Other log is with it connected
i have attached the map for my car also
