Random misfire tale of woe
So I've finished my MSM turbo setup, and I'm having a bit of an issue. Occasionally, seemly randomly, I'll have what feels like a serious misfire while cruising around. It runs fine for the first 10 or 15 minutes of driving, and it seems that after it runs for a certain period of time I get random moments of deceleration (during cruise) where I can hear and feel it missing. Now the problem was there when I first installed the turbo on stock injectors (no boost, for feed/drain line testing etc), it's still here with the 440cc Deatsch Werks, I swapped the plugs out to NGK BPR6's (I know I want 7's, and they'll be here on friday) and the issue is still here. Plug wires are 2 years old, so is the coil pack. I'm at a loss here. Is it possible that the coil pack is bad again? What would you check if it were your car?
Thanks guys.
Edit: after a couple hours of searching apparently the Cam position sensor can also cause these issues. I'm considering picking one up used and seeing if that is the issue, I'm really doubting it's the coil as they're 2 years and at most 15k miles old.
Thanks guys.

XEDE, it's not an ECU issue as the problem exists even when the XEDE is disconnected. I have a new Cam position sensor coming tomorrow to replace and we'll see if that fixes it.
Edit: Cam position sensor fixed the issue, car has been running perfectly for over a week.
