I知 tired and can not think. -12v
Why. Block ground to oxygen sensor +12v wire and I知 getting -12v.
im tired. Someone tell me I知 not being dumb.....yes my meter is correct.

Black probe to ground and red probe on 12V? Also the probes are correctly connected to the meter?

Your description is poor. The block is grounded to the oxygen sensor +12v wire? I'm very confused.
