Haltech Sport 1000 boost control setup issue.
Hey guys, having an issue setting up my boost control solenoid. Before I get into specifics the car was building and holding boost just fine with a manual bleed style boost controller.
I finally got around to hooking up my MAC boost control solenoid into my Haltech Sport 1000 and got it to build 14 lbs just fine and even spool quicker! As expected. Here's the problem, the car won't hold boost. It will build full boost around 4500 rpm (at 6k ft. Elevation) but fall down to 10psi by 6500rpm. While this is happening the ecu is trying to compensate and adjusts the solenoid out to 100% duty cycle trying to compensate but no luck. I tried switching to open loop and just running a set duty cycle so it would act like a bleed type boost controller but again no luck.
BCS is wired and plumbed
