Haltech PS1000 erratic AFR's

I can't figure this **** out. My turbo died so I have converted to NA for a while.
Ecu is a haltech ps1000
K20 coils
Bosch ev14 1000cc injectors (overkill i know but they are what i have)
I cannot get the afr's to remain stable no matter what I do. In the same load cell afr's will vary by a whole point or more.

i haven't tried swapping coils to a known working set but these were working perfectly fine when it was turbo.
All grounds are good
I know the VE table has some big variations but if I have them smooth and linear the AFR swings are much much worse and there is a very lean spot from 5000-5500 hence the jump from 76 to 88 and if the VE is any lower than 95 at WOT it goes 15:1
Any insight is MUCH appreciated
