Default Can't get RPM to sync MS2 3.57 NA6

For some reason my RPM won't sync despite my CKP/CMP signals being fine. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

MS2 3.57 prebuilt, 91 miata stock CAS, stock engine
I modded the board by removing the jumper from js10 to Q16 (I am using Q16 as Spark A out). I also have the CMP coming in on PAD7 with a 1k ohm resistor to pin 17 of U1, and a 470ohm resistor from pad7 to 5v. I put a 1k resistor in the r57 slot for the ckp. I have J1 in the 5-6 pos. and JP1 in the 1-2 pos. I did not include the "cap mod" to smooth out the CMP signal. The guide here: https://www.diyautotune.com/support/...rt-your-miata/ states that this is optional. For the igniters I am using the BIP373 and they were installed per the instructions here: https://www.diyautotune.com/support/...p373-ignition/

I have attached my composite logger file here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=14O...wNoGhhljHkIzOI
And my msq here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1mQ...2L5oxq0v7Xbm5U
