BRAINEACK ECU build review
I'll update this after I fire the car this Friday. You can see my build here...I got lazy and neglected to update it for a while before today: https://www.miataturbo.net/build-thr...o-build-88979/
Working with Braineack has been good. He's a very busy dude, as I learned and I'm sure most of you can imagine. Prepare to wait sometimes for a response but he always will and his information is great, he took the time to lay some things out for an ecu noob like me. He helped me with an ecu build for my 1.8 swapped '92 - nothing crazy....just a MS2 basically with additional drivers for sequential injection, ebcs, and the ability to utilize the 1.8 vtps. Package arrived well put together with all the extras leftover from the DIY parts he ordered. Board looked good and he does a nice job keeping the board clean after his soldering is done. I had to add a few jumper wires that were left off for the seq injection but he walked me through it and we realized it was just some miscommunication on our parts as to what my plans were for first-fire.
Looking forward to turning on the additional drivers for seq, turning on the VTPS, adjusting my req_fuel for the 650's im running (map he installed was from back when I thought i'd be on 440's), setting fixed timing, and FINALLY firing this thing to set my base timing!

Won't idle without dieing.
Looking for help trying to establish an idle without having the car die. Any help is appreciated.
