And I hit it! Like, exactly haha. What are the odds?
11.999 @ 112.05 MPH, 1.785 60ft, and I missed 5th gear around 1000ft...
Unfortunately that may have been my last run for the season, the track closed right after that run and I am not sure if I can make it back before the track closes up for the winter. I really think that would have been a 11.8 run if I had stuck 5th but I am still damn happy that I hit 11.9, it was my only goal for this season.
Needless to say, I have pretty much abandoned the LSX swap plan in favor of a built BP for next season.

For some reason I didn't take any logs from that day.. I'll post up my tables when I get home.
Shooting for low 11s next year, but I think i'll secretly be shooting for 10.9 haha.

I'm just gonna throw this out there...
The FM gearing calculator shows that with the factory ratio'd 5-spd and 3.636 gears, you get at least 130mph in 4th with any 15" tire.
The ring&pinion+labor to install is probably gonna be in the $800... something to think about.
I'd love to see the actual performance results of somebody doing back to back to back 1/4 runs with a 4.1/4.3/3.6 on the exact same car to see the difference.
I've already got the 3.636 r&p for my NB build and know it's gonna be great on the street, but I'm really curious about the track.

Keeping it in 4th would definately be nice. I have never played with gearing before, but that is definately something I need to look into when I go with a different rear end this winter.
