My dyno thread, 7 psi Greddy
149.9 WHP/134.2 ft/lbs
The Dyno: Power Curve Dyno
Dyno Dynamics 2WD dyno
Current Specs:
Stock 1.6 Motor w/153K miles
Greddy turbo with manual boost controller
Greddy manifold ceramic coated and port matched
2.5 RM DP
2.5 FM/JR Cat
2.5 Enthuza Exhaust
TDR Intercooler
BEGI AFPR
Bipes ACU
Lightened Stock Flywheel
15 inch rotas
Stock AFM
Stock FP
1.6 injectors <--maxed out
I'm running lean (>14.0 between 4400 rpm and 5000). Might get some bigger injectors for the time being. I wanted to get a baseline to see what I was running right now.
To do list: MS, WB and torsen.
Pictures in a couple days.

My personal experience was that 6 psi with proper AFR's is faster than 7 or 8 psi with **** AFR's. Also, though in a way you are right about the injectors, what you are really maxing out is the fuel pump. Our pumps just can't push nearly enough fuel pressure to make the 230cc or whatever injectors flow enough. Unless you get some on the free, don't get 1.8 injectors - wait for MS so you can get some proper squirters. FWIW, I can get 11:1 AFR's at 6.5 psi using megasquirt if I so choose an I am currently on the stock injectors too.. though I have a suspicion that my pump is a freak and somehow is doing much better than it should for the miles it has.. but anyways, +1 on getting MS asap because adjusting with a AFPR = lose.
Without changing anything except for getting a proper fuel supply, that setup at that psi should be ~170 rwhp.

I would've expected a little more out of it. I don't have a dyno chart on me, but I turbo'd a friends 92 miata with the greddy kit. Customer intercooler install, emanage, and turbosmart recirc BOV & manual boost controller. Also has the Begi downpipe, stock injectors, and the stock fuel riser the kit came with. The greddy wastegate has trouble holding boost, but a about 7.5PSI, he made 164.9 RWHP, and 162 lb torque, and that was on the same dyno (dyno dynamics). Air/fuel readings were quite a bit better then that too.
