The Dyno: Power Curve Dyno
Dyno Dynamics 2WD dyno

Current Specs:

I'm running lean (>14.0 between 4400 rpm and 5000). Might get some bigger injectors for the time being. I wanted to get a baseline to see what I was running right now.

Pictures in a couple days.

PUT SOME BIGGER INJECTORS IN THERE ASAP! those AFRs are dangerous. and you should be able to turn the wick up a bit for more power.

I have some NB injectors at my house in Dallas that you can have on the free. You should join the MS crew and get 550's though.

My personal experience was that 6 psi with proper AFR's is faster than 7 or 8 psi with **** AFR's. Also, though in a way you are right about the injectors, what you are really maxing out is the fuel pump. Our pumps just can't push nearly enough fuel pressure to make the 230cc or whatever injectors flow enough. Unless you get some on the free, don't get 1.8 injectors - wait for MS so you can get some proper squirters. FWIW, I can get 11:1 AFR's at 6.5 psi using megasquirt if I so choose an I am currently on the stock injectors too.. though I have a suspicion that my pump is a freak and somehow is doing much better than it should for the miles it has.. but anyways, +1 on getting MS asap because adjusting with a AFPR = lose.

Without changing anything except for getting a proper fuel supply, that setup at that psi should be ~170 rwhp.

I would've expected a little more out of it. I don't have a dyno chart on me, but I turbo'd a friends 92 miata with the greddy kit. Customer intercooler install, emanage, and turbosmart recirc BOV & manual boost controller. Also has the Begi downpipe, stock injectors, and the stock fuel riser the kit came with. The greddy wastegate has trouble holding boost, but a about 7.5PSI, he made 164.9 RWHP, and 162 lb torque, and that was on the same dyno (dyno dynamics). Air/fuel readings were quite a bit better then that too.

The stock 1.6 AFM is hurting power, too. A few more mods and you will have a big improvement in power.

I forgot your injectors last night...but maybe you can get them sooner than later.

I have a 91 with 1.6 motor.
Greddy TD04
Racing Mazda DP
Flebay IC
MS PnP
Walbro Fuel pump
Stock injectors
7 psi

And no clue what power it makes

I have the stock CAT. It has a tiny inlet and is likely hurting my spool up time and maybe peak power ...

More concerning than the pumped thread is the stock injectors and 7psi.
