2002 NBB BEGi S4 GT2860RS Adaptronic 310hp 290tq DYNO
Just finished up with some Dyno tuning. On a Mustang Dyno @18-19 PSI the car produced 310hp and 290tq without methanol. I'm happy with those numbers but I believe the turbo had run out of flow. The dyno used is notoriously 15-20% low so I'm happy with the numbers. Especially off meth!
I'll tune for meth next week and hopefully pick up another 20-25whp.

ADAPTRONIC (Map Attached)
AFR 11.5-11.8
EGT peaked at 1500F
Boost Peak 19 tapering down to 17 PSI
Flat foot shifting setup properly
Launch control setup and enabled
Car's drivability is completely different. Power hits hard but is smooth power and holds it for much longer. I'm extremely happy with the tune off of meth and cant wait to tune with it. Given the fact that this dyno is notoriously low and my drive train percentage loss estimated on the minimal end, we're looking at 360 at the crank. Limited at this time by the turbo.
For you ADAPTRONIC guys - My map is attached. Tuner said he LOVED working with the WARI software.

.64AR turbine housing?
That's a very, very, very fast car. 12psi on that turbo with the big turbine housing is fast, I've only driven it at 16psi a few times and it was faster than I ever needed a car to be.

Assuming 19 psi at peak torque of 290 ft-lbs, is 70 ft-lbs per atmo per L.
That's only about 3% below my numbers on a Dynapack. So I'll guess that this Mustang dyno doesn't read as famously low as other Mustangs - probably closer to a Dynapack / Dyno Dynamics.
Hustler,
Looking at his spoolup, I'll guess it's a 0.86 a/r. Look at the RPM he hits 150 and 175 ft-lbs compared to yours. If he has a 0.64 my guess is he's losing spoolup due to untuned VVT.
