Default Turbo miata doesnt start after Speeduino install

Hey Guys, so this is my "in despair canīt start my miata" thread, Iīm going to try to be as concise as possible.

So 1.6 94 TD04 Turbo MX-5, It was running perfectly fine on the stock ECU/injectors and an unknown timing box (bought it like this).

This week, I installed:

-Wideband (AEM 30-4110)
-BMW vTPS
-GM IAT
-550cc BOSCH EV14s
-Speeduino v0.4 ECU
-EBC Solenoid

-Set timing as fixed @10deg in tunerstudio, cant check the timing yet because the car doesnīt run.
-Recalculated the required fuel
-Fuel pump primes when i turn the key.
-Bosch EV14, Injectors were working 100% on my previous car.

So I got the car to start once for less than 10 seconds with some throttle but it died and backfired once. After that reloaded the base tune and never got it to start again, cranks but no signs of wanting to run. But it does smell like gas from the exhaust when i crank it, so its getting fuel for sure.

I attached my tune if anyone is kind enough to take a look at it.
I canīt understand why it doesnīt start, everything seems fine.

The only thing I think its strange is the AEM Gauge, it starts at 14.6 stays there for about 5seconds and then proceeds to go to full lean with the car turned off.
Video:
Shouldn't it go to full lean immediately with the car turned off? Do I have a faulty sensor?

Any advise/help is appreciated.

Thank you!

That is normal for the wideband, mine does the same. If you really want to test it, throw a rag with brake cleaner sprayed on it around the sensor once it's warmed up. It should go full rich right away. If not, faulty sensor.

As far as not starting goes, you still need to verify timing. You can do this while the car is cranking. Just set cranking timing to 10 degrees and watch with a timing light. Adjust as necessary. If you've confirmed timing and still no start, report back.

Timing is far out, Also if you had the CAS out you could have it waaaaay out of whack. You can verify timing while cranking, as stated above. You could have fowled out your plugs with all your cranking attempts. So pull a plug and see if its full of fuel.

So UPDATE:

Got the car to start and "idlingish" (idle screw was too closed), idles very rough always hunting, isnt steady for more than 10secs, gets really rich then leans out and dies.
If i blip the throttle lightly it stalls out imediatly, If i give it big chunks of throttle it keeps going. Cant start auto tune because it wont run enought time for After Start Enrichment to turn off.

Couldnīt check timing yesterday because im stupid and one of the wires of the timing gun was touching the turbo and it melted. Buying a new one today and checking timing.

Video of the car idling

Log trrrrrrrrrotkkkk.mlg is giving it big chunks of throttle
weird.mlg Idling

Ideas?

New Update

Car now idles semi-steady, but leans out and dies after a bit

How long does it idle before it leans out? Don’t try to auto tune your idle. Most people recommend locking out the idle cells and tune those yourself. Let auto tune take care of the rest.

There is a possibility your warm up enrichment or after start is overly rich and your idle cells were tuned too lean to compensate so once both events are over and it kicks into normal idle it’s too lean and dies out. Just a thought.

I would say it dies after 30 seconds or so.

I think it is exactly that what's happening, I'll try to figure it out

Lots of issues with the tune, mostly just options that don't have decent or any values inputted yet. But grab all your idle cells on your fuel table, ~500-1900rpm, and ~0-35kpa, and set them equal to one value. Look at your current tune, try 80? If it doesn't run, try more, if it runs super rich, try less. Hopefully it'll eventually idle, and you can adjust those cells up/down until you're idling at a steady 14.2afr (your current targeted idle AFR).

Thank you for your input, I'm going to try that.
Could you point out some of those options that are wrong or missing values?

Thank you!
