turbo help/guide
hello i own a 2002 miata (base).
Currently i have obx HEADERS, magnaflow EXHAUST, and weapon-r short ram INTAKE. I want to install a turbo im thinking T3 i want 350hp crank. I've been looking around found some on ebay but i do not trust. Found one from japan an HKS. Flyinmiata.com has the FM II but it costs $5000+. I do not want to spend so much just on a kit. I looking to spend max 2,500 on a kit. Like i said im trying to get 350hp to the crank!! That would be like 300rwhp??? I was advised that i will most likely should rebuilt or work on the engine itself basic things like cam gears compression, displacement, and pistons, etc. Can somebody give me the best setup and walk through to achieve 350hp CRANK give or take. O and running safely TOO i dunno really know 10-15 psi. Is it extremely important to work on the motor??? can email me too at craftstar2@hotmail.com, spanks.

what are u planning to use for this car for drag racing, auto x, ********, or daily driver. Are you only wanting to spend $2500 for the turbo kit or for everything to support it too. You are not going to find a kit for $2500 that is going to provide engine management to allow you to be safe at that power level. Will be hard to do diy but can definitely be done. I would personally start determining what you will need and trying to find it used to save money. Sounds like you need to do alot of reading to discover exactyly what you want in your turbo setup. I looked at all the people cars that were at the power level I wanted to be at to see what parts they were using and how their car was setup.

You make a post at 8:50. In 20minutes you get 3 responses, all 3 of them good advice... and the next time you look at the thread, you start talking ****. If you'd just waited until tomorrow, maybe you'd have learned something useful.
I mean, seriously... you waited a whole HOUR before you started talking ****? Shut the **** up and let people help you. This time, give it more than an hour.
Mods, I recommend we let this guy stay at least through tomorrow. If he talks **** again, obviously ban... he does have "69" in his name... that's gotta be worth a second chance.

Joo name iz flyinmiata cummin sence saz joo shud jet a flyinmiata turbo ket.
Edit: i feel bad for the guy. Get this, http://www.bellengineering.net/produ...roducts_id=244. Order the bigger turbo and the separated downpipe. This "Base" kit has all the proper components that you need. Add a few bolt ons such as a intercooler, clutch and a fuel/ignition controller and you might be able to achieve your goal.

If you're embarrassed because you don't type so well, just ignore that ****. **** dude, two people who you will never meet in your entire life tell you something on the internet and you lose your ******* mind? Let me guess, you're PuertoRican, right?
This forum is the best place on the internet for information on modifying your Miata... and you just fucked yourself out it.
Mods will be along shortly to ban you unless it's more fun to have you around.
