That said there are a few spots on these parts that can not be welded in another way.
Yes Dirk, almost ready to go, just need to do a bit of lathe work on a few fittings.

Previously I rotated the NB PS oil pipe out of the way by welding on a washer and tapping a new thread the blank hole ![FAEL](https://www.miataturbo.net/images/smilies/sawzall.gif)

Turns out there is an easier way. When making the connecting pipe the pipe is swaged around the bracket. It is possible to rotate it with a bit of force which is a much easier way than the previous solution.

I used a cap head bolt instead of the original hex one as it is easier to tighten.

One of those "where were you the day" moments
presenting the 1.8/t2 flanged, track ready, 7016 welded, heavy walled, short tubular manifold.

Sturovo: I've really enjoyed this thread, looks like you're having a great time with R&D there!
Do you have a data sheet on these? I'm VERY interested!

I don't have the injectors (on the way) yet but I would be surprised if they come with data sheet as they are standard Ford parts as opposed to modified aftermarket injectors.
What I read is that they are dual cone 25 deg spray pattern which suits 2 intake valves. They are 48.65 mm long so not a straight fit. I will make adapters or fit them without rail spacers.

2,5 inch is about as large as I can make the downpipe and when tying into the stock NA exhaust. Still it should give decent flow.

With 2.5 inch bends clearance is tight for the bottom stud so I notched the flange thickness by 1/8".
