TB25/TB28 downpipe options

Try looking at Civic turbo ones on Ebay, I think it is the right flange, You will just need to chop and weld it a bit.
(look first though, Don't buy it off of my suggestion)
Can't find one by itself but here is one in a kit

As Above... I would just get a gasket that fits take it to some engineering place and get a flange cut out, you can probably get them to bake you up the bends etc too then just cut and tack the whole lot together, take it back to said engineering place to get welded up
If not depends where you are but there is someone on here called Art tech (I think) that may be able to make one for you, might be worth a search / message.

I have a TB25 with a flange different to the standard T25 - 28 Nissan 5 bolts.
