Are T25 and GT25 outlet flanges the same?
Hi Guys,
Long time lurker... First thread started!
I have a T25 housing that has been ceramic coated which i will be putting on the HKS mani i have right now early in the new year.
My issue is the I will be making a DP for it as the current one is a 4 bolt.
I was looking at one of these:
ATP Adapter
It would help me create a better flowing DP (I don't need divorced wastegates) locally with my current welding abilities. I have a TIG that will be used for the rest of the fabrication.
Would a GT25 housing be the same in dimesnions and stud placement as a T25?
(I haven't been able to find dimensions to prove this as of yet)

The short answer is no they are not all the same, I know of at least three. I have had the same problom, trying to mate a 4bolt (nissan 300zx) and a 5 bolt from a SR20DET.
My solution was to take some 1/2" plate and just cut out the flange in I needed. I was working with SS at the time, so my options were semi limited

there's a 4 bolt, and two five bolts.
the 4-bolts aren't common, and one of the 5 bolts is very common and universal. Occasionally you;ll see a 5-bolt outlet with a built in divider, these are a special turbine housing that came on the nissan GTRs, they are slightly different.
The one pictured above is you typical 5-bolter.
iirc the 4-bolt might be the same as the td04...i can't remember.

Just for reference... I have a used one of those Vband adapters for sale.
I also have a t25/gt25 Vband modded turbine housing. Setup for external WG though.

Thanks for the replies guys.
I should have said, I have a 5 bolt T25 housing that will be used to replace the current 4 bolt (it is tiny atm with a .48 AR).
But Splitime is on the money with what he has for sale.
