Default Runnng lean at 3000-4000 rpm onwards

Hi , Im running a 1.6 with Flyin miata manifold and downpipe with a t25 of a nissan 200sx , with 1.8 injectors and a sytec rising rate fuel pressure regulator and a Custom Intercooler , Its not running any mapping setup but just the Fuel pressure regulator set to 65psi with the pipe off ,

Now the fault is when boost comes on its runs around 11-12 afr upto 3000rpm (roughly) then it will rise up to 15-17 afr and i usaully let off at this point ,

Ive tried changing the fuel pump for a mazda cosmo one another MAF (second hand) , and the injectors from the 1.6 to the 1.8 and the fuel filter has been changed which did make a small difference but nothing major

Im out of ideas any help would be great

That's right around the point that you're really starting to build boost. It doesn't sound like the FPR is working right or you're running more boost than it can support. Have you verified fuel pressure? What kind of PSI are you seeing at those AFR's? Be careful with it until you get it figured out.

You need: MS + Injectors.

O2 clamp? Sounds like your ECU is shutting down the fuel. Your location?
