What have you found works best?
Paper?
Thick Felpro?
Metal formed?
Other?
Possibilites:
(Strongly considering the OEM above)
Mine has a slow leak.

The Mahle metal one is stronger but requires very flat surfaces to seal properly.
The OEM Mits part will seal easier on less than perfectly flat surfaces and should work just fine.
Normally when I have seen leaks at this point it comes back to surfaces that are not perfectly flat.
Most of the time it is the bolt on flange/adaptor that is no longer flat and that puppy is easily machined.
Check that critter when you have it apart.
I'd lean towards the OEM Mits part.

I've had good luck using the black paper ones. All my td04s use this standard gt25 round hole one. I've also been using an aluminum drain flange like this with a screw on fitting to keep the rubber line away from the manifold/chra. That along with using new bolts like these for the flange have kept both of my turbos leak free on the drain side.
