At least point me in the right direction...
An old buddy of mine needs some bits that I have laying in the garage for a GLC he is turning in to a "Prepared" class autocross'er. I asked him if he had a turbo laying around that he would be interested for trade. He has a Journal Bearing T25 w/ 45 trim and e-mailed me this (I have no idea how to read these things):
I trust this guy not to give me junk, so that is not in question... I will get more info on the condition soon, but for now lets assume that it is a perfectly serviceable Garrett. Is this a decent turbo for my application ('99 1.8)? What do you think the efficiency range (Boost PSI) would be if used on a '99 1.8?
