New 1.8 manifold design
I finished it today, it needs some tweeking though. I would love to hear your thoughts about the design before fabricating. The distances betweens the 2 flanges are based on my hks so it will be a bolt on.
I used 3mm thickness tubes and 10mm thickness flange.
It is ps and a/c friendly also.
If someone has a bp exhaust flange with detailed dimensions he would make me very happy.

I'm not going to reinvent the wheel, I just need some thoughts about the design and if we can make it better. For now I'm thinking larger headers. Right now each header is 37cm long.
JayL its true the manifold on your pic looks very much like mine, but yours is cooler because its real.
Thanks for the feedback.

So are the mounting stud 'slots' on the manifold flange suppossed to prevent warpage or cracking? Now I see more than those holes, you left cuts in the flange too. I'd have to assume for expansion... or a run-away band saw. I have no tig-talent so I'll have to pay one of you guys to fab one up on a T3 flange when I do the 1.8 swap.
