NA Lower Hose for intercooler piping clearance

Is there a "best" option for a lower coolant hose to give more intercooler piping room on an N/A with AC? No power steering to contend with, luckily. I bought an NB hose from Advance Auto thinking it would be exactly what I needed, but it looks like it follows the same route as my old 3 piece hose. The upper hose I got was also a slightly too large ID, so I'll need to get one of those somewhere as well.
My best option right now looks like the flexible hose posted by braineack here:

Is there any molded hose other than the flyin miata one that routes right by the compressor?

Thanks

I haven’t heard of a molded hose beside the FM one that does what you’re wanting. I used the flexible one from the parts store that’s in the first picture you posted and it worked great for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to get another one just like it if I needed to replace it. Don’t overthink it too much, the universal hose is cheap and you’ll find it just about anywhere.
