Default Megasquirt sequential injection

hello. I have a 1996 miata with a 1.6L engine. It supports sequential injection. I was wondering if i could use a megasquirt that only supports batched injection with the stock harnesses?

Yes.

At the ECU side, you will connect the wires from injectors 2 and 4 to the INJ1 function of the Megasquirt (pins 32 and 33, if using the DB-37 connector on a base-level MS1 or MS2), and the wires from injectors 1 and 3 to the INJ2 function of the Megasquirt (pins 34 and 35.)

This will give you the same injector configuration as a stock '90-93 Miata.
