Mazdaspeed turbo kit on NBFL 1.8. Need some advices

I own a MX5 NBFL 1.8 and I live in France ( Sorry in advance for my bad english ;-)
I'm making an upgrade on my NBFL : I try to plug a turbo kit from a Mazdaspeed
My goal is to use this mazda turbo kit with an MSM ECU (from stock) or an Megasquirt 3 to obtain more power.
I would like to do this in 2 steps:
- 1st, mount all parts and use stock ECU from Mazdaspeed to run smoothly with a little pressure (0.4b as the original Mazdaspeed)
- 2nd, upgrade injectors (from RX8), fuel pomp, wideband, electric boost controller, fuel pressure regulator and ignition, then use Megasquirt 3 to manage it
I'm currently in 1st Step:
Manifold and turbo are mounted.
Oil line and water line are mounted.
Front mount intercooler is mounted.
Air intake is ok.
Now, i would like to connect:
- my BOV (Forge with green spring)
- my wastegate
- My mechanic boost controller
Could you explain me how to connect:
- the nipple of wastegate?
- the nipple of BOV? (I think after the throttle, on free nipple available
I will buy a electrical boost controller to manage it with MS3 but for now, i would like to use a mechanic boost controller.

My BOV will be connect on the left elbow.
Don't be afraid, my radiator hose will be change ;-)
To control mechanical boost controller, i bought a Boost Gauge
I have a number of questions like why is your car a RHD, where did you manage to source OEM MSM parts in Europe, and why did you ever get into the trouble of doing so.
BOV and wastegate need to have a vacuum reference, so pick any convenient point after the throttle body and they will be fine.
If you plan to keep power in check so that you can use stock rods, you do not need a fuel pump. You also do not need an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator.
My car is a RHD because it's not expansive to buy a MX5 (Miata) in England.
But in this wet country, our lovely Miata are very rust
I don't care, it's a race car so light is right
My previous car was a Subaru Impreza, a RHD too, so I'm used to drive at the passenger side.
In France, it's very hard to find a MSM or MSM part.
And when someone want some parts, you have to be very fast!
For example, a kit with stock turbo + manifold + downpipe and some hose from a MSM will cost 800-1200€.
But it's a good way to begin with Turbo Miata and easy to sell in case of upgrade in future.

Do you know how to plug a mechanic boost controller like this one, below?
Wastegates are connected before the throttle and BOV is connected after the throttle.

What do you mean by "The MSM ECU is terrible"?
So, I can connect:
- BOV on a free nipple, after throotle
- But for wastegate?? On a nipple close to my air intake? Or anywhere between Throttle and Intercooler?
Between turbo and throttle, but best between intercooler and throttle.
MSM ECU restricts power in midrange significantly giving the cars a significant dip in performance. It may not work properly without ALL of the plumbing and sensors added from the MSM.
ECU wise, you'll likely need to go with MS3 from the start, since your car has the VVT engine, where the Mazdaspeed/SE (or whatever they called it in Europe) used the earlier non VVT engine (BP4W)
The factory MSM wont know what to do with the VVT system.
