Edit: Well I guess rather than deleting the thread, my next best route is to remove the link. Hopefully that will remedy my disappearing cats...

Gotcha. I put it up here not sure what the stance was on copied material. I got mine second hand from a local and I wasn't aware if it was still in production and googling the book returns a lot of used options. Also to make it completely clear, I didn't upload the material.

Mods feel free to delete the thread if this is against protocol.

Yep. I think the agreed upon approach these days is finding it through legit means if still available, or second hand.
