Default Idles weird sometimes and oil leak after turbo install

I installed a turbo kit in my 91 1.6 a month ago and now it's starting to have some minor problems... First I have weird idle problem. I've checked for boost/vacuum leak everywhere and can't find any. The car runs and drives fine, but has this weird idle every once in a while when I'm sitting at a light. Got any ideas? And another thing is I started to have an oil leak from somewhere on the front of the motor (under the valvecover and above the crankshaft pulley). I can't tell exactly where it is because my engine bay is now covered dirt and oil...

idle: stock ecu? bov to atmosphere? vacuum leak?

oil: only a few places it can leak, you describe the cam seals.

its stock ecu w/ o2 clamp and im using a recirculating diverter valve. And i dont understand why the camseals? would just start leaking after the turbo install.

if your seals are old, your rings might be too. if boost is getting past them, it could be pushing oil out your seals. see if there is oil in your intake tubes. pcv?

Pretty sure this is what is causing a few of my leaks.

Do you get an idle dip while sitting at a light, say.... 30sec in? Just stumbles until you bring them up again?

I had an issue like that... It went away on it's own when I think I swapped out some of the silicones. But then it returned again about a month ago. Although, I haven't been able to see any splits or anything. Vac seems OK... maybe just a half-in-hg lower than it was at idle.
