Help with bov install
#2
Sub $50 eBay bovs can be nice and loud. Mine is at least, depends on the design. Mines a knock off of a unit that's really loud, so there ya go. For install, you just need to figure out where you want it and weld in a flange or pipe, depending on if its a bolt on or clamp on design. Although I'm a fan of the T shaped bov coupler from siliconeintakes.coo

Why, are you close or something? Put your location in your profile.
Mine's clamped right off the cold side of the intercooler, no idea if that's the best. They say right off the throttle body is the "best" location, but right off the intercooler was the only straight coupler I ended up using.

I like how OP thinks a stock MSM needs help in running as shitty as possible.
Anyways, i vote for the GFB BOV that FM used to ship in their "Big Enchilada" kits. I have mine set on full recirculate, and it's still obscenely loud. It's awful.
This isn't a 1000whp Supra for ****'s sake, it's a ******* sub-200whp (245whp on FM's dyno!) Miata. I'm ashamed to drive this thing because of the noise.
