Question Hello! Oil feed/drain question

Hello all, I am new here, and have recently started purchasing things for my 1994 1.8L turbo project. I have just gotten the turbo, (yes its an ebay turbo) and the feed and drain are setup different than what I was expecting. One of the threaded holes looks like it has a restrictor, (first pic) and the second hole has bolts for a flange to be put on. I was wondering if the hole with the flange was the return, while the threaded hole was the oil feed? The turbo did come with a banjo bolt that threads into the hole in the first picture. Thanks for any help, and I apologize if this is a stupid question, as this is my first time ever dealing with boost! (Turbo is a t25 if it helps)
