Read the FAQ. Search. This may the nicest reply you'll get. This forum doesn't typically take kindly to people that haven't demonstrated the propensity to seek knowledge on their own.
Also. Use. Punctuation.

It allows very little tuning, but is incredibly easy to setup. If you plan on anything more than 6-7psi, then you need to go with a full stand alone. Even at low boost levels like mentioned above, the megasquirt will still be better. it does cost more to get setup, but it is a long term solution.

I'm going to answer your questions with more questions! Seeing as how your motor was bored out to 1.9, what is your compression ratio? What other potential mods have been done to the car? This makes a big difference, as you can easily screw your car at 5 to 7 psi in the right condition. Just because someone has a bunch of parts lying around doesn't mean it's a super awesome idea to put those parts on your car. If you need your car to be reliable (especially if you are going to need this car to get to a job), then I suggest not turbocharging it.

If you are unemployed, and hoping for unemployment benefits you should not at all be thinking about boosting your car. You should be more worried about making sure you have a roof over your head and food in your stomach until you are employed again, before you consider spending a penny on adding a turbo.

Then you do not post your setup details which is vital for anyone that has the patience to actually answer your questions in terms of what needs to be done.
Lastly, turbo builds almost always end up costing more then you expect, plus you have to factor in the fact that you are more likely to break parts even on low boost. This does not mix well with being unemployed.
