Default Fuel pressure 100psi at idle

So recently my car started running a little lean cruising and sputtering when I go half throttle or more. I have a DW200 miata kit, 850cc injectors and stock FPR. I ran a Aeromotive fuel pressure gauge on the feed line. With the car off and key to the “ON” position the fuel pressure shoots to 100 then goes to 0. Then idles at 100psi. My FPR is shot? Also what would be the best replacement? Goal is 300hp.

How much do you want to spend? FPRs are really simple devices, I know a bunch of people (myself included) who have had good luck with the cheap eBay/Amazon 1:1 adjustable ones, but you can always ball out with the fuel labs version which is arguably much nicer
