Frugal '95 turbo build

Frugal '95 turbo build
I don't want to call it a cheap build, because I will pay more for appropriate parts. I'm shooting for 200whp for <$1500, but we'll see. I figure making this thread will help get my posts up so I can complete piecing together everything I need as well . I've been on the site for about 7 years, but never post.
To begin, I bought my wife a 95 triple black Miata about 12 years ago and rebuilt the top end and everything years ago after an overheat/warped head. It's barely been used for the last 5+ years so I'm gonna make it more fun. I might also mention I have an 89 323 GTX and a full 323 donor car than had a B6T swap on it, so I can utilize anything from that drivetrain also if I need.
What I have: ($370 spent so far)
MSM IHI turbo/manifold
Flying Miata full intake kit for MSM
Flyin Miata MSM Downpipe
MSM purple top injectors (265cc)
B6T black top injectors (360cc)
MSM stock intercooler charge pipes
Saab intercooler
Probe intercooler
B6T intercooler
MSM coolant hose (not sure if it will work for reroute or not)
Spare IAT's, narrowband 02, other misc small items and ducting
boost gauge
2x A/F gauges
Big things needed:
Wideband
Management (megasquirt if I can afford one)
?Intercooler? (if I want larger than the 3 laying around)
Clutch
oil/water lines and fittings
Boost controller (I have an old ghetto plastic one from my B6T)
I'm still sourcing my parts and want to get the wideband and management installed, and possibly even mess with the 360cc injectors before I start to install the turbo. I also need to sell my R53 Mini cooper S and the 323's before I can start on this project or my wife will kill me, so it's not like this thing is going to go together super fast. But it'll be a fun project for over the MN winter. I figured I better start a thread so I can PM people about buying my parts after 9 more posts now

If I pay retail, which I'm trying not to, but like I said well see. I also don't have exhaust listed in the need section so MS, wideband, clutch, and exhaust all for $1100ish seems tough. It's a goal, not a limit though.
My wife has parked her suv outside in MN for the last 3 years while I've had 2 323s parked in the garage, and lets me still have the Miata, mini cooper, and 350z as well, so she can't be that bad. =) I'm thinning the herd so we can move, so as I sell parts off the mini, I'll have my miata budget hopefully.

Picked up a CXRacing 28x7x2.5 intercooler and Radiator for $215 shipped. So up to $585 spent.
Still need (somehow hopefully under $900):
Megasquirt PNP with a wideband (there goes that $900)
Clutch
Exhaust (I have aftermarket 2.5" so I may just adapt that to my FM downpipe for now, but I would like to go full 3")
Manual boost controller
Get my 360cc injectors cleaned/serviced

Clutch is $400 or so for a FM, 949 racing, or ACT clutch. You don't go with a cheap no name brand clutch. Here is a reasonably priced used ACT.
IC and radiator are the only things I don't think require investing $$ on, hence the cheap ebay prices. And from what I've read the CX intercooler seems to work well, and the radiator seems similar to mishimoto. I saw a local guy post a used friggin mishimoto for $300 on CL (with fans and shroud tho). Ebay was like $137 shipped for the CX Racing radiator. Wonder if it comes with a cap or not at that price.

So, I poached some hopefully useful parts from one of my B6T's. I pulled the water pump inlet which has a much more forward port, not sure if it'll work or not but I'll try:
I pulled the hard oil feed line, we'll see how it matches up:
pulled oil drain outlet:
More money spent:
I got my 360cc injectors cleaned and new hardware from "300zxrb26dett" for $56
Ordered an LC-2 from innovate on Amazon for $161.54
Spent so far: $802.54
Need:
Clutch - planning on FM lvl1
Clutch master/slave/line - 949 racing kit probably
ECU - MS PNP
EGR blockoffs
Oil return block fitting
manual boost controller
I think that's it. I'm trying my best to find a deal on the megasquirt, but we'll see. I want to buy the clutch new. Not positive if I'll get rid of EGR or not, if I do I'm not sure who has the cheapest blockoffs for both ends. I was thinking of going EBC with the megasquirt, but I don't think I want to make it that complicated. I'll probably just get a manual boost controller, not sure what ball/spring one I'll use yet. Whatever is cheap and proven. Think that covers all the main bits, once I'm done putting together everything I will make a build thread. I am doing brakes and suspension at the same time.

Bought most of the big things left:
DIY PNP (Braineack): $630
FM lvl1 clutch: $349
949 clutch hydraulic overhaul: $79
I'm thinking about the Turbo logic boost controller. I've read about the turbo smart being a pain to adjust. I need that and a few more small items and I'll be ready once it all arrives. Total spent now = $1,860.54
